Our products are 100% guaranteed. We will make every attempt to meet the customer’s satisfaction whenever possible. If an item needs to be exchanged for a different size or returned/refund due to damage during the delivery process, contact us directly at our customer service email above within 7 days of receiving such item. We are here to help resolve any issues you may have. We appreciate your business and look forward to working with you.
Apparel Refund or Exchange:
To initiate a shirt return/refund or exchange please email our customer service email above within 7 days of receiving your apparel, explaining your reason for the return. If exchanging a shirt for a new correct size, please make sure shirt is not damaged or altered in any way, returned or exchanged shirts must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, wear, etc.) or return/exchange may be void and null. If returning or refunding a shirt due to damage during the shipping process, please include photographic evidence (a picture will do) of the damaged shirt or packaging during the shipping process when emailing us. In the event a returned or exchanged shirt is no longer available we will make every attempt to provide you with an equal or similar item. After your initial email, we will send you a return label which you can use to mail the item back to us. We will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.
Non-Apparel Refund or Exchange:
Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be given for any item sold that is less than $10 (ten dollars) in value. If any item less than $10 in value is damaged during the delivery process, please contact us at the customer service email above.
‘Final Sale’ Items:
Any and all items in our ‘Final Sale’ section are Non-Returnable, No Exceptions. All sales are final.
